(ORAL) By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to judgments and decrees dated 04.09.2014 and 29.01.2018 passed by the Courts below whereby a suit for permanent injunction as well as mandatory injunction filed at the instance of appellant stands dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite having made all sincere efforts, he could not contact the appellant, thus it appears that appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, the present appeal is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to seek its restoration in case any cause survives in favour of the appellant.
