(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for setting aside the judgment and order of sentence dated 15.03.2023 passed by learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Gurdaspur, arising out of FIR No.25 dated 18.03.2020, under Sections 377, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 3 & 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Shri Hargobindpur, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Allowed as prayed for.
