No concrete allegations have been made against the respondent No.7 except to allege that the respondents No.4 to 6 are his supporters.

Precisely for the grievance in question, the petitioner has already represented before Incharge Police Station and thereafter, a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran.
