(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the learned First Appellate Court/Additional District Judge, SAS Nagar (Mohali) to decide Civil Miscellaneous Application No.289 of 2022 and Civil Appeal No.225 of 2019 (Annexures P-7 & P-3, respectively) at the earliest. It is also prayed that till the disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Application, the parties may be directed to maintain status quo regarding the suit property. 2.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought by the petitioner, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with, as the same would further delay the proceedings.
