The present appeal pertains to the year 2018. On 06.12.2018, none had appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 27.08.2019. On 27.08.2019 the case was adjourned by order. Thereafter, the case was taken up on 25.03.2022 when again none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 13.09.2022. On 13.09.2022 and 17.02.2023 the case was adjourned by order. Thereafter on 12.10.2023, again, none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to today. Today learned counsel for the appellant requests for some time to argue the matter as he is unable to contact the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
