NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) This is the third date when there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. Vide order dated 03.2.2020 the petitioner was directed to file an affidavit detailing therein all the moveable and immovable properties owned by him and his parents, his avocation and income from all sources. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 28.2.2020. On, 28.2.2020, learned counsel for the petitioner sought more time to comply with the order dated 03.2.2020. Thereafter on 28.9.2022 and 20.4.2023 nobody turned up on behalf of petitioner. Today also same is the position and nobody has turned up to represent the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

Resultantly, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
