Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is challenging the conditions in the appointment order.

This Court finds that the appointment order resulted in appointing of the petitioner on the post of Assistant Professor (Hindi) in Arya College, Ludhiana which is a private aided institution. The writ petition has been filed in the year 2019 relating to the appointment letter dated 01.09.2016. The same can be examined by the Education Tribunal.

No case for review is made out.
