Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a representation dated 29.06.2024, Annexure P-6, has been submitted however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Vibha Tewari, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider and decide the representation dated 29.06.2024, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
