Petitioner assails the order dated 04.08.2025 by filing petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India vide which the minor child of the parties is ordered to be handed over to the respondent from 1.00 P.M upto 8.00 P.M on 26.08.2025 as the respondent father and his family wants to celebrate the birthday of the child which could not be celebrated earlier on 23.03.2025. 2.

During the course of arguments the learned counsel submitted that the order may be modified and petitioner be allowed to accompany the minor child of three years as he requires the care of mother but considering the strained relations between the parties and short duration of separation between mother and child and the fact that the child would remain in the company of father and the family of father, no interference in the order is required. As such, the petition stands dismissed.
