ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) CM-3287-C-2021 Civil Misc. Application is allowed, as prayed for. Annexure A1 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CM-3231-C-2021 For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed, as prayed for. On oral request, the main appeal, which is pending for 12.11.2021 is taken up on Board today itself. Main case Appellant-defendants have filed the present Regular Second Appeal against judgment and decree dated 04.09.2017 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Jind, whereby, the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 19.05.2016 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jind was dismissed and the judgment and decree of the learned Lower Court was upheld.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the parties have amicably settled the dispute out of Court and a compromise/settlement agreement dated 31.08.2021 (Annexure A-1) has been reduced into writing VANDANA 2021.09.10 20:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

between the parties. As per terms of the compromise, he is under instructions to withdraw the instant appeal.
