Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have since entered into a written compromise dated 10.12.2022. Subsequently, pursuant to order dated 12.08.2024, statements of the parties have also been recorded qua the compromise before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents' state that the matter has since been compromised and they would have no objection if the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 10.12.2022, which has been appended with the application being CM-49-C-2023. 3.
