In Para No.6 thereof it has been stated that :- "6.

That, it is humbly submitted that the challan/final report was prepared and presented in the ld. Court on 16.01.2020. The charge was framed on 29.7.2021. In the present case there are 9 prosecution witness. Three witnesses namely HC Balraj Singh, 2522 PS. Civil Lines, Batala, HC Jaswant singh, 3282 PS Civil Lines, Batala and MHC Satnam Singh 2359 PS Civil Lines, Batala were given up. The summons in the name of prosecution witnesses namely ASI Kailash Chander, ASI Manohar Lal, Inspr. Shiv Kumar have been issued by the ld. Court of Sh. Parminder Singh Rai, Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur for 22.12.2022. However the SHO Police Station Civil Lines, Batala has been directed to ensure that the evidence of PWs are got recorded in time bound manner." In view of the averments made in Para 6 of reply to the aforesaid effect, counsel for the petitioner agrees that no further direction is required to be issued.
