The present appeal pertains to the year 2018. On 26.09.2023 no one had appeared on behalf of the appellant as the Bar was abstaining from work and hence the case was adjourned to 07.11.2023. On 07.11.2023 the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellant. On 12.03.2024 none had appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to today. Today also none has appeared on behalf of the appellant despite the case being called twice. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
