Status report dated 21.10.2024 filed by way of an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Budhlada, District Mansa on behalf of respondent-State in Court today is taken on record. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been arrested and the same may be disposed of as such.
