(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to carry out the fair and transparent investigation in case FIR No.146, dated 01.09.2022, under Section 323, 325, 506, 452, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Dasuya and for adding the additional sections of outraging the modesty of women punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 308 of the Indian Penal Code for throwing a woman (petitioner) from terrace which may have caused her death with grievous injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the status report/reply filed by the State, she may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail her remedies in accordance with the law.
