2. The instant petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.0189, dated 22.5.2024 registered at Police Station Zirakpur, under Sections 307, 379, 341, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. The FIR in question was lodged recently i.e. on 22.5.2024.

Having regard to the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - The Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali to look into the matter and to ensure that the investigation pertaining to FIR No.0189, dated 22.5.2024 registered at Police Station Zirakpur, under Sections 307, 379, 341, 34 of Indian Penal Code is got investigated fairly and expeditiously, so that a final report under Section Pankaj Kakkar 2024.10.22 17:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
