Prayer made in the present petition is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take action on the legal notice dated 27.06.2024. 2.
Learned State counsel refers to para 11, 14 to 16 and 19, 20 of the reply filed by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Adampur, District Jalandhar (Rural) dated 22.11.2024, read thus:- "11.That it is respectfully submitted that after thorough inquiry, the matter was found to be relating to dispute regarding house between both the parties, regarding which petitioner has already filed a case before the Hon'ble Court at Jalandhar and the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 19.03.2023 has passed stay order in favour of the petitioner. Besides this keeping in view the of breach of peace, police have already initiated preventive action against both the parties.

That it is respectfully submitted that on dated 25.05.2024, one MLR of aforesaid Daiya Rani was received in police station and doctor had reported injured to be fit to make statement and aforesaid Daiya Rani had made statement that talk of compromise between them was going on and if that would not be accomplished, then, she shall appear for getting the action initiated and, in this regard, on reaching police station, rapat was entered in roznamcha.
15. That on 07.06.2024ASI Avtar Singh was present in police station and Daiya Rani, respondent No.8 got recorded her aforesaid statement. In the MLR, doctor had reported total 03 injuries; of them injury no. 1 and 2 were kept under observation while injury no. 3 has been reported as simple. From the aforesaid statement and result/MLR crime under section 323 IPC was found to be made out and accordingly, ruqa, after scribing, for getting the rapat entered ASHOK KUMAR 2026.01.16 16:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-48958-2024 (O&M) -2was handed over to Head Munshi of police station. A copy of GD No.38 dated 07.06.2024 is attached as ANNEXURE R-2.
16. That as a counter blast to the said proceedings, the petitioner has allegedly got served legal notice dated 27.06.2024 upon the Respondents No.2 to 4, however, no such notice was received in the office of Respondents No.2 to 4.
19. That it is again submitted at the cost of repetition that there is civil dispute between the parties regarding partition of house and the matter is already 'sub-judice before the Civil Court. Once the matter is already sub-judice before the Civil Court, the police have no right to interfere in the matter.
20. That for ensuring protection for petitioner Kiran Bala and her children, phone numbers of police station have been provided to Kiran Bala and protection for Kiran Bala and her children is being ensured."

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. 4.
Disposed of, however, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to avail of alternate remedy that may be available to her, in accordance with law, if any grievance still subsists.
