*** KARAMJIT SINGH, J.(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioners apprise the Court that the Civil Suit No.1235 of 2019 filed by the petitioners is pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Panipat and both the parties have already adduced their evidence. The evidence of both the parties was concluded on 29.03.2022 and then the case was fixed for rebuttal evidence if any and for arguments and the next date fixed before the trial Court for the same purpose is 21.10.2023. Counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners do not want to lead evidence by way of rebuttal. Counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners will be satisfied if direction is given to the learned Trial Court to finally dispose of the abovesaid civil suit in a time bound manner.

In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to decide the Civil Suit No.1235 of 2019 titled as Devi Singh and Others Vs. Gram Panchayat Assan Kalan and Another expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments and preferably within next three months of the next date fixed in the civil suit.
