The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 15.10.2024 passed by this Court in FAO-964-1989.

In compliance of the order dated 15.10.2024 passed by this Court in FAO-964-1989, reply by way of affidavit dated 02.02.2026 of Kaushal Gautam, Defence Estate Officer, Pathankot Circle, Pathankot, along with sanction order dated 12.01.2026 (Annexures R-1), has been filed on behalf of the respondent, which is taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that now the amount of enhanced compensation has also been deposited with the Executing Court.

In view of the above, since order dated 15.10.2024 passed by this Court in FAO-964-1989, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.
