!" # HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.354, dated 16.10.2022, Police Station Ballabgarh Sadar, Faridabad, under Sections 34, 379, 427 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

On 03.03.2023, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today, again no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite being notified of the date fixed.

As per office report, information letter sent to petitioner has not been received back either served or otherwise and learned counsel for the petitioner has been notified of the date fixed. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition. Dismissed in default.
