Mr. Krishan Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for extending the parole leave for six weeks more to enable the petitioner to do his household work in case FIR No.120 dated 04.02.2007, under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa, as the petitioner has already been released on four weeks regular parole leave under Section 3 of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022, in compliance of order dated 30.08.2024 passed by this Court in CRWP-8361-2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition and undertakes that the petitioner will surrender before the Jail Authorities concerned on 30.09.2024 at 05:00 PM. Thereafter, petitioner may be at liberty to apply for fresh petition seeking parole on justifiable grounds as per law.
