This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 01.04.2025 passed in CWP-8849-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 01.04.2025 was duly complied with and a speaking order has been passed on 08.09.2025.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to challenge the said speaking order in accordance with law. 4.

Dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid.
