RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of action of the respondents while calling the candidates of general category who are having less marks then the BC 'B' category.

Pursuant to advertisement dated 28.06.2015, the petitioner applied for the post of PGT (English). Petitioner appeared in the written examination. The result was declared on 04.12.2018 and the cut off marks in general category was 98 and 98 marks in BC 'B' category. On 01.05.2019, the result of the written examination for the above post was revised after considering the SBC category as general category. Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana who is present in the Court states that the final result of the above said post has already been declared and all the candidates have joined.

The grievance of the petitioner that the result dated 04.12.2018 is against the reservation policy, as cut off marks cannot be higher of reserve category than the general category.
