(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.0016 dated 28.02.2021, under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Lakhokebehram, District Ferozepur. Learned State counsel, on instructions from police official submits that in compliance of order dated 12.01.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.01.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
