**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 136 dated 18.8.2019, registered under Sections 306, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Petitioner-Manjit Kaur is the Bua of Sandeep Kaur, wife of deceased Lakhvir Singh. Sandeep Kaur along with her children has been residing with her parents for the last one year and her marriage was solemnized seven years ago.

Vide order dated 30.10.2019, petitioner was granted interim bail and she was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 30.10.2019, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagdish Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required GURPREET SINGH 2019.12.17 15:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 30.10.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
