AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) By virtue of instant petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, petitioner has prayed for issuance of directions to official respondent Nos.1 to 3 to complete the investigation in case FIR No.994 dated 13.09.2023 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at P.S HTM Hisar, District Hisar, in expeditious manner. Status report by way of affidavit of Tanuj Sharma, DSP, Traffic, Hisar has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same be disposed of accordingly. Dismissed as infructuous.
