RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.49 dated 21.09.2022, under Section 376 IPC, registered at Police Station PuranaShalla, District Gurdaspur.

Learned State counsel at the outset, on instructions from SI Amandeep Kaur, submits that petitioner in this case has been arrested and hence the present petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.
