Learned counsel for the parties brought to the notice of this Court order dated 10.09.2018 whereby a sum of `5 lakhs had already been handed over and sum of `20 lakhs by way of drafts bearing Nos.415487, 564362, 274776 and 415486 of `5 lakhs each has been handed over to Mr. Rose Gupta in Court today. The aforementioned amount has been paid in terms of settlement/agreement dated 10.09.2018.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks refund of the court fee.

Ordered accordingly.

In view of the aforementioned fact, the regular second appeal is disposed of.
