**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to take action against the private respondents, who are relatives of petitioner No. 1 and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have married and are living happily from the last four years and have a son out of the said wedlock.

Affidavit of Inspector Sukhwiner Singh, SHO P.S. Mahilpur has been filed by the State as per which, the statements of the parties were recorded and the parties have arrived at a compromise on 30.11.2019 which has been duly signed by the petitioners as well as respondents No. 5 to 9. As per the compromise, the private respondents have no objection with regard to the marriage of the petitioners and petitioner No. 1 will withdraw the GURPREET SINGH 2020.02.04 17:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh present petition.
