(Oral) It is submitted that a burial ground has been constructed within a residential locality without taking necessary permission. Thus, repeated representations have been given to stop the same but no action has been taken till date. The last representation is dated 26.10.2022 (Annexure P-10) on the record. Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 6 only. Mr. Charanpreet Singh, learned AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 5 and waives service. At the asking of the Court, he accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.6 as well.

Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending representation dated 26.10.2022 (Annexure P-10) by passing a speaking order, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
