RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to take action on the complaint dated 25.10.2022, Annexure P-3, submitted by the petitioner against respondent Nos.4 to 7 expeditiously.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already sent a representation dated 25.10.2022 (Annexure P-3) on email at <police@hry.nic.in>, however, no action has been taken on the same.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Sonepat, that in case the petitioner files a detailed representation before him within fifteen days from today, then respondent No.3 would decide the same within a period of one month from the date of its receipt in accordance with law.
