The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondents to consider and allot paddy for KMS 2023-24.

The petitioner got electricity connection before 02.09.2023. An inspection was carried out by respondents on 02.09.2023 which was followed by inspection dated 20.09.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that case of the petitioner is squarely covered by order dated 10.10.2023 passed by this Court in CWP No.20632 of 2023.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the applicability of aforesaid order.
