RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed praying for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to get the matter investigated fairly and take appropriate legal action against respondents No.5 to 7 on the basis of Forensic Expert report, dated 05.07.2024, Annexure P-16. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as available to them under the law.
