AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that though both the Courts below have agreed with the relief of injunction regarding forcible interference and dispossession but did not grant the declaration on the basis of written exchange deed in the absence of registration and as well as existence of other co-sharers. He seeks leave of this Court for withdrawal of the present regular second appeal with liberty to avail the remedy in accordance with law.
