Seeking quashing of speaking order dated 22.07.2024 passed by respondent No.3 in compliance to directions issued by this Court in CRM-M-25831-2024 and speaking order dated 04.09.2024 passed by respondent No.3 in compliance to directions of this Court in CRM-M-35370-2024, the petitioner had come up before this Court under Section 528 BNSS, 2023.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to come to this Court again. 3.
