The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.216 dated 02.11.2024 under Sections 62, 64(1), 75(2), 78 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Sadar Bhadurgarh, District Jhajjar (Annexure P-1), and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) and affidavit dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the complainant/respondent No. 2. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
