***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, which was sought to be transferred, has since been withdrawn by the respondent and fresh one has been filed at Jalandhar.

In view of the submission aforesaid made by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits he does not want to pursue with the transfer application, which may be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
