ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents not to harass and humiliate the petitioner and his family members on the false complaints of the complainant Sarbjeet Singh and with a further prayer to issue directions to the official respondents to take action against Sarbjeet Singh for giving false and frivolous complainants against the petitioner and his family members.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that on an earlier occasion, two enquiries have already been conducted on the complaint given by the aforesaid complainant with similar allegations. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that even now again on third complaint, the petitioner was summoned by the police. Counsel further submits that in all the complainants, the allegation is that the petitioner has demanded Rs.12 Lacs for sending the son of the complainant to Canada and the petitioner, who is an old man aged about 82 years, is neither in the business of travel agency nor he has anything to do with sending the son of the complainant to Canada.

CRM-M-48792-2019 -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh has submitted that even on the present complaint, an enquiry was conducted and the same has been filed after the approval by the Deputy Superintendent of Police.

In view of the same, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur that, in case, any such compliant is received by the police on behalf of the same complainant-Sarabjeet Singh with similar allegations, without verification of the facts and without looking into the earlier enquiry report, the petitioner may not be summoned to face any such enquiry.
