Learned counsel submits that after the appellate court decided the issue, eviction order has been passed by the concerned authority under the provisions of law. He, thus, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this appeal with liberty to impugn the said order. Dismissed as withdrawn. However, appellant is always at liberty to challenge the order, if he is aggrieved by the same. No observation in this regard is necessary.
