(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition as an amount of Rs.35,000/- as permanent alimony has already been fixed by the court below vide order dated 06.03.2020. However, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner is still in arrears of some amount. The respondents are at liberty to avail of the remedy available under the provisions of law with respect to the arrears. Dismissed as withdrawn.
