(ORAL) On 20.08.2019, counsel for the appellant was directed to furnish the correct addresses of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and 7, whereafter the notices were required to be issued to the un-served respondents for 02.12.2019. Office report indicates that the notices could not be issued for want of correct addresses. None was present either on behalf of the appellant on the previous date and so is the position even today.
