(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to official respondents to present supplementary challan in case FIR No. 154 dated 3.10.2016 registered at Police Station Sadar Zira, District Ferozepur under Sections 498A, 323 IPC alongwith complete medical record of the petitioner which was sent to respondent No.3 by the doctor vide letter No.4309 dated 12.9.2019 (Annexure P-5). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition as the matter stands compromised between the parties.
