This is an application for withdrawal of the main petition in as much as the petitioner has also filed an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) for modification of the order granting interim maintenance to the respondents. 2.

Notice of the application.

Mr. Sandeep Verma, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondents and states that he has no objection if the main petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

With the consent of both the counsel, the main case is taken on Board today itself. CRM disposed off.
