The present appeal, accompanied by an application for condonation of delay of 4822 days, is directed against the concurrent finding of fact whereby suit for possession of the land measuring 1210 kanals 9 marlas comprised in Khewat No.8, Khatoni No.65 to 88 situated in village Ramsara Tehsil Abohar has been dismissed by the trial Court and appeal filed against the same also met with the same fate.

The explanation given in the application is not plausible, much less, lacks bona fide, as there is huge delay of 4822 days. The appeal is dismissed on the ground of delay only.
