This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ of Mandamus for directing the official respondents No.2 to 4 to remove the respondent No.5 from illegal possession over the land measuring Rect. No.6, Killa No.22 (4-6), 23 (7-19) vide jamabandi for the year 2017-2018.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
