Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that Doordarshan where petitioner was posted has been closed. The petitioner has remedy to approach Industrial Tribunal, thus, the petitioner may be relegated to Industrial Tribunal.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Industrial Tribunal.
