RSA No.5904 of 2017 The appellants-plaintiffs have not been able to establish possession in khasra girdawari from restraining defendant to forcibly dispossess them. In such circumstances, non-suited qua forcible dispossession.

No contrary evidence or argument has been made to form a different opinion than the one already arrived at by both the Courts below. No substantial question of law arises for determination by this Court, much less, no ground is made out for interference. Resultantly, the second appeal is dismissed.
