    /&    $  t is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that the marriage between the parties to the lis, had taken place on 04.02.2011. Twin daughters were born from the said wedlock on 06.09.2011, who are presently in the care and custody of the applicant. However, due to the matrimonial discord, the parties are residing separate. The applicant has also filed the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. i.e. MNTSonu 2025.01.23 15:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

TA-1224-2024 125/73/2020, which is pending in the Courts at SBS Nagar and the respondent is making appearance in the same. Also, it is submitted that the applicant is not having any source of earning. While taking care of the minor daughters, it is difficult for her to commute a distance of about 54 kilometres, to defend the divorce petition.

In view of the aforesaid fact situation and also considering the position of law about preference to be given to the convenience of the wife in the transfer applications relating to the matrimonial dispute, the transfer application is allowed and                     !!"#"$
