ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.(Oral) The case has been called twice. However, no one is present. Even on 13.12.2017, none had appeared on behalf of the appellants. Hence, this Court is left with no choice but to read and decide. Defendants-appellants are in the regular second appeal against the concurrent findings of fact arrived at by the Courts below while decreeing the suit for mandatory injunction. Zile Singh, who is the father, seeking possession of the property owned by him, which is in occupation of his son and daughter-in-law.

Both the Courts have found that the defendants-appellants were in permissible possession as a license. The license has already been revoked.

In view, there is no scope for interference.

Regular second appeal is dismissed.
