**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Order dated 21.11.2022, says as under:- "By way of filing this petition, petitioners seek necessary protection of their lives and personal liberty in view of the fact that they have not solemnized their marriage so far and are living in a live-in relationship and are under eminent threat at the hands of private respondents.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.2 is already a married person. He also submits that wife of petitioner No.2 is also residing in the same house, where petitioner No.2 is living in a live-in relationship with petitioner No.1.

Wife of petitioner No.2 has not been impleaded as a party in the present petition.

Adjourned to 13.12.2022."

Again, order dated 06.02.2023, says as under:- "This is an application filed under Section 482 Cr.PC, for impleading - Mala, who was wife of petitioner No.2-Sunil Kumar as respondent No.9, in the present petition. Notice of this application.

Mr. Vikas Bhardwaj, AAG, Haryana, who is present in JAWALA RAM 2023.02.27 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement.

CRWP-10928-2022 - 2 - Court, accept notice on behalf of respondent(s)-State and he does not raise any objection in allowing the present application. Accordingly, present application is allowed and Mala (wife of petitioner No.2-Sunil Kumar), is hereby ordered to be impleaded as respondent No.9 in the array of respondents. Amended memo of parties filed along with application is taken on record. Office to tag the same at appropriate place. Application stands disposed of."

Today, on the very outset, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
